Campaign Financing
Minnesota statute §211A.02, subd. 6 requires local governments with websites to upload political campaign reports for local government candidates based on jurisdiction population and dollar amounts spent. The reports are required to be available on the website for at least four years.

Applicable city, school district, or town clerks with 400 or more registered voters as of January 1 of the election year and with websites are responsible for candidate filings within those entities.
