Tobacco License Application

• Fee: $200
• Tobacco licenses expire December 31st at midnight.
• You will need to complete the new/renewal license application by November 15th to ensure that your license will continue in force.
• The approved license will be mailed to the address provided.
• You must post for display in your establishment.
