Notary Public

• A notary public is appointed by the Governor of the State of Minnesota and serves as a witness, attesting that a person signing a document is authentic.
• Notary public commissions are issued by the Minnesota Secretary of State and must be filed with your county of residence.
• Notary commissions must be signed and filed in person at our office.
• The fee to file a notary commission is $20.00
• Your commission must be renewed every 5 years.
