Notary Public
- A notary public is appointed by the Governor of the State of Minnesota and serves as a witness, attesting that a person signing a document is authentic.
- Notary public commissions are issued by the Minnesota Secretary of State and must be filed with your county of residence.
- Notary commissions must be signed and filed in person at our office.
- The fee to file a notary commission is $20.00
- Your commission must be renewed every 5 years.
